Year 6 Science Oxford workshop
Last Friday, Year 6 were lucky enough to have a visit from Science Oxford to help them with their Wider Curriculum project this term. The children are investigating how to make a 'super sucker' - a machine to collect litter. The workshop allowed the children to explore how best to make a simple version of this machine, using key components. They will then be able to make their own prototypes, which they can test and modify, before designing their final product. We can't wait to see what they produce at our Wider Curriculum showcase at the end of term!
