GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

    Term 5 STEAM Showcase

    It's the end of another amazing term at Aureus Primary School. The children and staff have all been working hard on their STEAM projects to answer the question, "Can I develop an understanding of the living world around me? " 

    This term's STEAM project has had an Science lens and we have been so impressed by all the amazing products which the work which the children have created from artwork based on observations of butterflies in Nursery, to natural history programmes inspired by the work of Sir David Attenborough in Year 2, to stop-motion animations showcasing the children's understanding of evolution and inheritance in Year 6.
