GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

    Term 2 STEAM Sway

    We are proud to share with you our Term 2 STEAM Sway. The link below showcases all of the children's amazing learning from this term - please take a few moments to have a look.

    This term the whole school have been exploring the question, "Can I create a structure based on a historical period?" In our sway you will see the wonderful range of projects which children have worked on this term from Ancient Egyptian inspired shadufs in Attenborough Class (Year 5) to a Prehistoric Britain inspired wattle and daub structure in Obama and Valentina Class (Year 3) to shelters for nocturnal and diurnal animals in Franklin and Nightingale Class (Reception).

    I'm sure you'll agree that the children's work this term is very impressive!
