GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.
At Aureus Primary School we always enjoy learning about and celebrating other peoples cultures. One of our parents visited our children again this year to spread the joy of Lunar New Year. As 2025 is the year of the snake, she brought all the children a snake picture in to colour and turn into a twirling decoration, and she then shared a very special story of Lunar New year too.
Each of our schools has its own distinct character and culture which is respectful of its community and context but their utmost common ground is that it is our staff that make each school.
